At RichardsonClement PC, our goal is to achieve more than what our clients think is possible. We seek to represent the best ideas of the legal profession and to be the best at what we do, recognizing that our own success lies in the success of our clients. Our capabilities are wide-ranging. We act as retained outside counsel for small and medium size businesses, addressing a variety of general corporate and other legal issues on their behalf. But we also represent Fortune 500 companies in the prosecution and defense of all forms of litigation. We have over one hundred years combined experience in meeting the needs of our clients on a national, regional and local level. Combining 21st century innovation with sound legal judgment and hard work, we strive to grow our practice through long-term relationships, providing that extra level of advocacy to our clients. We distinguish ourselves from other firms by addressing each client’s long-term goals and needs, and by participating in client or industry focused organizations. Our alternative fee agreements not only offer extra value and service but also demonstrate our willingness to share in the risk of the cost of legal services with our clients. At RichardsonClement PC, we are committed to our clients’ success – and we know from experience that nothing is more rewarding than helping a client succeed.
Essential to the successful outcome of a case is the investigation and preparation done in advance of trial. We work with our clients to explore all aspects of a case including identifying and establishing important facts, witnesses, evidence, and law. Working with our clients, we probe every opportunity to construct a sound and appealing case on behalf of our clients.
Litigation is basically war by other means. The battles occur in the minds and hearts of an opponent, a mediator, or a jury as the evidence is presented. The contest involves the art of persuasion through well-developed weapons of facts and law. Our goal is to use all the skills we have as advocates to persuade the decision maker of the justice of our clients’ cause.
The art of persuasion—especially in pretrial litigation—always involves an examination of the relevant law and to advise our clients of the governing law as applied to the known facts. We work early in a case to let the client know where they stand legally so that time and expense are not wasted on losing positions.
